Service Description and Scope
Doravienquath provides subscription-based financial planning consultation services consisting of personalized analytical reviews, strategic guidance, and resource allocation advice. Our services are consultative in nature and designed to help clients make informed financial decisions through professional guidance and analysis.
User Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultation processes
- Reside in Malaysia or have legal authority to engage Malaysian financial consultation services
User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a client of our consultation services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your financial situation
- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account access information
- Use our services only for legitimate personal financial planning purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Prohibited Activities and Uses
You may not use our services for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal activities or purposes that violate Malaysian or international laws
- Sharing or redistributing proprietary consultation content without authorization
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client information

Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through our consultation services remain the exclusive property of Doravienquath. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use consultation materials for personal financial planning purposes only. Reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms and Billing
Our subscription-based consultation service operates under the following payment terms:
- Monthly subscription fee of RM 250 plus applicable GST, charged in advance
- Payment processing fees may apply depending on chosen payment method
- All prices include Malaysian GST at prevailing rates as required by law
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for consultation services already delivered. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are available for unused portions of consultation services.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.
Client Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doravienquath and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of consultation services, violation of these terms, or any actions taken based on consultation guidance.
Dispute Resolution Information
Any disputes arising from these terms or our consultation services will be resolved through the following mechanisms:
Arbitration and Mediation
Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary. Binding arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes, conducted according to Malaysian arbitration procedures.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
For eligible disputes, alternative resolution mechanisms are available through recognized mediation services.
Service Termination Conditions
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other breach of service conditions. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Malaysia according to local legal procedures.
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable terms that achieve similar commercial purposes.
Complete Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitute the complete agreement between you and Doravienquath regarding consultation services. No verbal agreements or modifications are binding unless confirmed in writing.
Terms Modification Policy
We may update these terms periodically with advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of services after effective dates constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated directly to subscribers.
